Orders are shipped Monday-Friday unless the item is on Pre-Order. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping:
Priority shipping (3-5 business days).
Standard shipping (5-7 business days)
For next day shipping and/or expedited shipping, please send us a mail or contact our phone lines. Please note this will attract an extra charge.
Expedited shipping for International orders: Orders can be tracked after the package has left the U.S. Prices vary depending on weight and final delivery location
UPS INTERNATIONAL 3-5 Business days
Delays may occur due to customs. All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office for further information concerning custom duties or fees.
*Please track your package through your local post office website. There you will be able to use the tracking number provided to you though email to check the status of your order. 
*Please note that we will not be able to alter your order after it has been fulfilled. Most orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hrs (Mon-Fri) after the order has been placed
In the instance that UPS tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please allow 3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s) After that time period, if you still have not received your package, contact us at Your order will either be reshipped or you will be provided with Store Credit. A refund will not be issued.
