At Bibiré, we take care to ensure every order is prepared and delivered with intention. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays.


Shipping Destinations

Bibiré ships both domestically and internationally. Available shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs delays or carrier disruptions.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number and link so you can monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Bibiré is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Bibiré is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Bibiré is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
