Orders & Payments

✨Do you accept international orders?
Yes, Bibiré ships internationally and worldwide. Shipping availability, rates, and delivery times vary depending on your destination and will be calculated at checkout.

✨What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment options such as after pay, shop pay e.t.c displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through encrypted and trusted payment gateways.

✨Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it begins processing quickly. We’re unable to guarantee changes or cancellations, but please contact us as soon as possible (bibiredesigns@gmail.com) and we’ll do our best to assist.

Shipping & Delivery

✨How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

✨How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be shown before you complete your purchase.

✨How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow your delivery.
Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

✨What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.

✨Do you offer refunds?
Bibiré does not offer refunds. Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

✨How does store credit work?
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a store credit code via email. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase and does not expire unless otherwise stated.

✨What items are not eligible for exchange or store credit?
Final sale items, accessories, worn items, and items returned without original tags are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

✨What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Sizing & Fit

✨How do I choose the correct size?
Please refer to our size guide available on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

✨Do your pieces run true to size?
Most Bibiré pieces run true to size, but fit may vary depending on the design and fabric. Fit notes are included in product descriptions when applicable.

Care & Craftsmanship

✨How should I care for my Bibiré pieces?
To preserve the quality of your garments, we recommend gentle hand washing or dry cleaning, and avoiding excessive heat. Specific care instructions are included on each item’s label.

✨Are your pieces handmade?
Yes, many Bibiré pieces are thoughtfully handmade or produced in small batches, emphasizing quality, detail, and craftsmanship.

No. Bibiré is committed to intentional design, limited production, and timeless pieces rather than fast fashion trends.

✨Do you restock sold-out styles?
