 Ever wondered about something not clear about our brand and you didn’t want to ask directly? You are not alone, and so we’ve curated FAQ from some of our clientele. I hope this solves some of your worries about our dresses, pants, shipping and many more. 
1. What is your return policy?
At Bibiré, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a exchange.

Return Requirements:

We will exchange your order, and it can be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.
Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipts.
Only Exchanges are available for returns no refunds.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If the item was received as a gift, the exchange will be issued in the form of a store credit.

Return Process:
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Shop Bibiré customer service via “hello@shopbibire.com / or call 2407724206 .

Pack the item securely, and Ship the return package to the address provided by customer service.
We are committed to making sure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
2. What are your Shipping Policy & Processing?
All items are shipped with priority mail, handling takes about 2-3 business days and shipping 5-7 business days. Holidays and weather may affect these days.

Please allow 24-48 hrs for items purchased to be processed for shipment. Orders are typically delivered within 7 days latest.

3. What are your product sizing details?

Can I buy the top separately? No, it comes as a set. 

Does the pant have elastic? yes all our pants have elastic at the back to accommodate different waistline

What fabric is the petals made of?  The petals are made of multicolor sequin fabric

What's the fit of the pant? Straight cut

Is the pant easy to wear? Yes it has zippers at the sides for easy wear

What fabric is the shining part? multicolor sequin fabric

5. Goddess dress

What's the length of the Goddess dress: 62 inches.

How do I wash it? You can machine wash it, or hand wash it. 

Does it come true to size? Yes, all our dresses come true to size but please refer to the size chart for your correct sizing. 

6. What is the proper way to determine the right size for me?

The sizing options available are based on international standards, specifically US or UK sizing. 

 

7. Buga Boubou dress

How do I wash it? You can machine wash it or hand wash it. Machine wash it. The sequin doesn’t fade. 

What's the length of the buga: 62 inches

is it one size fit all? Not it comes in different sizes, but one size can fit a wide range of sizes. 

Fabric type; Fabric on the neck is made of sequin fabric not beaded/ or embellished. And the main dress is made of non stretchy Mikado silk.
