Return/Exchange Policy for Worn Clothing
At Bibire international we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, for hygiene and quality reasons, we currently do not accept exchanges on clothing that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way
Items must be returned within 15 days after initial delivery
Items must be returned for an exchange in its original packaging which must not be damaged/torn or rumpled.
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service team upon receiving the product for assistance with returns or exchanges. We will provide a full refund or replacement for any faulty items.
