Notes About Our Fit

Boubous and kimonos are designed to be free-size or oversized, flattering for sizes S–3XL.

Pant sets and structured dresses follow the size chart more closely — size up if in between.

Sequin pieces have more stretch — consider sizing down for a more snug fit.
How to Measure Yourself
For the most useful reading, keep the measuring tape level and comfortably close to your body.

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, passing the tape under your arms and across your back.

Waist: Measure around your natural waist—the narrower area between your rib cage and hips. Breathe normally and do not pull the tape tight.

Hip: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
HOW YOUR PIECE FITS
Look at the Size & Fit information on the product page before choosing. A fitted dress, an elastic-waist set, and a relaxed boubou are designed to feel different on the body.
For a fitted piece, pay particular attention to the area where it sits closest to your body and whether the fabric stretches. For a two-piece set, check the fit of both the top and bottom. For a relaxed piece, the intended drape may give you more room than the measurement chart alone suggests.

Bibiré ships both domestically and internationally. Available shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs delays or carrier disruptions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number and link so you can monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist.
Bibiré is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier's possession.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Bibiré is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
At Bibiré, we want you to love what you ordered. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Exchange & Store Credit Policy
Eligible items may be exchanged or issued store credit within 15 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds at this time.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Be returned in original, undamaged packaging
- Be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order with photos and we will make it right.
